Plan Brochures & 2026 Rates
View the full plan brochure and the 2026 monthly rate for each tier. When you're ready, check whether you qualify.
GigCare is a group health plan built for self-employed Working Owners who don't have W-2 employees. Rates below are the published 2026 monthly premiums for a single non-tobacco enrollee. Family tiers include the Working Owner plus spouse or dependents. All plans are underwritten by Blue Cross Blue Shield, so acceptance is not guaranteed - the qualify quiz gives you a quick read on whether you'd be approved.
How to use this page: open a brochure to see deductible, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket details for that tier, then compare the monthly rate for your age band. If a plan fits your budget and health history, start the qualify quiz. If not, the ACA Marketplace is a guaranteed-issue backup and often the lower-cost option once subsidies are applied.

Common questions about GigCare brochures
What is a GigCare plan brochure?
Each brochure is the carrier's Summary of Benefits document for that specific GigCare plan tier. It spells out the deductible, coinsurance, out-of-pocket maximum, network rules, and covered services, so you can compare plans side by side before you apply.
Are the 2026 rates on this page final?
The monthly rates shown here are the published 2026 rates for a single non-tobacco Working Owner. Your actual rate can vary based on tobacco use, family tier, and underwriting outcome. Final pricing is confirmed on your carrier application.
How do I choose between the EPO and PPO plans?
EPO plans have lower premiums but require you to stay in-network for non-emergency care. PPO plans cost more each month but let you see out-of-network providers at a higher cost share. If you already have doctors you want to keep, verify they are in the BCBS network first.
Does downloading a brochure lock me into anything?
No. The brochures are informational only. To enroll you have to complete the underwriting application and be approved by the carrier. You can review the brochures, ask questions, and walk away at no cost.
What if none of these plans fit my budget or health history?
GigCare is not the right fit for everyone. If you are declined by underwriting or the rates are too high, the ACA Marketplace cannot deny you for pre-existing conditions and often includes subsidies. Start with the qualify quiz and we will route you to the best option.
